Why should I buy from Dobariya Group?
We have built in Ahmedabad since 1989 and nowhere else. Over 10,000 homes and 2,000 commercial units have been handed over in that time. The people who bought from us fifteen years ago are still in the city, and many have bought a second property from us. That record is easier to check than any claim we could make here.

Which parts of Ahmedabad do you build in?
Chandkheda, Jagatpur, Gota, Zundal, Maninagar, GIFT City, Adalaj, Tragad, New Narol, Aslali, Vinzol and Shantipura. We choose areas with schools, hospitals and road or metro connectivity already in place, rather than land that depends on infrastructure arriving later.

Are your projects RERA registered?
Yes. Every project we sell is registered with the Gujarat RERA authority before booking opens. The registration number is printed on each project page, on the brochure and in your agreement. You can verify it yourself on the Gujarat RERA website before you pay anything.

How does the booking process work?
Choose your unit, pay the booking amount and complete your KYC. We then issue an allotment letter listing the unit, the area, the full cost breakdown and the payment schedule. The agreement for sale follows, and it is registered as required under RERA. Nothing is verbal.

Can you help me with a home loan?
Yes. Our projects are approved with major banks and housing finance companies, so your file moves faster than a fresh approval. Our CRM team helps you assemble the documents and coordinates with the bank. The loan decision and the terms remain entirely between you and the lender.

Can I change anything inside my flat before possession?
Depending on how far construction has progressed, some interior changes are possible. Extra electrical points, finish choices and minor internal adjustments can usually be accommodated if you ask early. Structural changes are not permitted, for safety reasons. Our site team will tell you what is possible at the stage your tower has reached.

When will I get possession, and how do I follow the progress?
The possession date is stated in your agreement. Each project page carries the current construction status, and buyers receive updates with site photographs as the work progresses. You are welcome to visit the site at any time during working hours and see the stage for yourself.

What happens if the project is delayed?
If a delay is within our control, the compensation terms in your agreement apply, as required under RERA. Where a delay comes from approvals, weather or a regulatory change, we tell you the reason and give you a revised date rather than leaving you to guess. You will hear it from us before you hear it from anyone else.
