Own the outcome
You do not stop at your part of the task. If something is stuck two desks away, you go and find out why.
Site over slides
We value people who walk the floor. A ten-minute site visit usually beats a forty-slide presentation about the site.
Say it straight
Bad news early is useful. Bad news late is expensive. We would rather hear a delay today than a surprise next month.
Learn on the job
Rules, materials and buyer expectations keep changing. The people who grow fastest here are the ones who keep asking questions.
Respect the buyer
A family may be putting their savings into one flat. Every promise we make on paper has to hold up at possession.
