The junior civil engineer supports the site team in turning approved drawings into accurate, safe, on-time construction. Working under senior engineers, the role covers daily site checks, basic measurements, material tracking, and clear reporting back to the project team.

Responsibilities

1. Assist in supervising daily site activities and labour

2. Read and check architectural and structural drawings

3. Take site measurements and help prepare basic estimates

4. Track material use, deliveries, and simple stock records

5. Support quality checks on ongoing construction work

6. Note site issues and report them to senior engineers

7. Help maintain daily progress and inspection records

8. Follow site safety rules and RERA-aligned practices

What we are looking for
