Role overview

The project manager leads a construction project from planning through to handover, holding timelines, budgets, and quality together. The role directs site engineers, contractors, and consultants, keeps management informed, and makes the calls that keep the project moving and compliant.

Responsibilities

Below are the core responsibilities of this position.

1. Plan and own the full project schedule and milestones

2. Lead site engineers, contractors, and consultant teams

3. Track and control project budgets and costs

4. Review architectural, structural, and MEP coordination

5. Drive daily progress and resolve site-level bottlenecks

6. Manage procurement and material planning with the purchase team

7. Ensure quality standards and QA/QC across the project

8. Ensure RERA compliance and adherence to AUDA/local codes

9. Report progress, forecasts, and risks to management

10. Oversee safety, documentation, and final handover

What we are looking for

We want a project manager who is proactive, structured, and calm under pressure. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.

Core requirements

• Proven experience managing construction projects end to end

• Strong understanding of civil, structural, and MEP coordination

• Ability to plan schedules and control budgets and costs

• Proficiency in MS Project or similar, AutoCAD, and MS Office

• Experience leading engineers, contractors, and consultants

• Familiarity with RERA norms and local building regulations

• Strong problem-solving skills and site leadership

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; PMP or MBA is a plus
