Collect and compare vendor quotations and rates
Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery timelines
Raise purchase orders and maintain purchase records
Coordinate with site engineers on material needs
Track deliveries and follow up on pending orders
Verify material quality and quantity on receipt
Maintain vendor database and payment coordination
Keep purchase costs within approved budgets
Support inventory and stock reconciliation
